Evie Artino was the sister of Nova Artino, believed to have died when she was 11 months old.

When Evie was an infant she had fevers a lot, and because of that, her parents had trouble putting her to sleep. Her older sister, Nova, occasionally helped her by using her tranquilization abilities on Evie.
One night, Evie was shot by who was assumed to be a burglar, but who was actually a hit man, along with her mother and father. Her sister was rescued by their uncle, Alec Artino (Ace Anarchy). Captain Chromium arrived at the crime scene several hours later and declared her dead.
There is no conclusive evidence, but Evie is speculated to be Margaret (Maggie).
