Anarchists are the complete opposite of the Renegades as they seek to get rid of the Renegade Council. They are one of the few villainous gangs that haven't disappeared entirely within the past decade. Most of the Anarchist's identities are known by the Renegades.
The Anarchists may seem like villains, but they fight for what they believe, namely against the Renegades.
